Preschool/Childcare Program & Fees

John Paul II Catholic School offers a comprehensive preschool program for children age 3 and 4 by August 1. 

 

Preschool fees are as follows:

PK-3 -Tuition  $50.00 Registration Fee

 

3 days/week 1/2 day         3 days/week 1/2 day          3 days/week 1/2 day 

7:30-10:30 AM                  + 3 days of childcare          + full-time childcare      

$2100/year                        $2625/year                         $5260/year

 

PK 4 Class $50 Registration Fee

5 days 1/2 day                 5 days/week all day          5 days/week all day

7:30-10:30AM                  7:30AM-2:30PM               with full time childcare

$2600/year                      $4325/year                       $5260/year

 

 

 

Child Care is offered for children who attend John Paul II Catholic School preschool.  Child Care is offered August through May (or until the last day of school if school is delayed due to weather delays). 

 

Child Care hours are:  7:00 am – 5:15 pm Monday through Friday.

All families must register and pay tuition/child care fees through FACTS Management. Book keeper can assist parents with registration with FACTS.  FACTS Management options for John Paul II families include:

 

______ Option 1:  I will use FACTS Tuition Management during the  school year.  I will prepay the full amount due on or before July 20.  Payment will be made directly to FACTS Management. $20.00 FACTS fee will be assessed.

 

______ Option 2:  I will use FACTS Tuition Management during the  school year.  I will make two equal payments.  The first payment is due on or before July 20. and second payment due December 20. The non-refundable enrollment fee for using FACTS is $20.00. There will be a $30.00 NSF fee assessed by FACTS in the event funds are not available in your account on the specified date.

 

______ Option 3: I will use FACTS Tuition Management to make 10 or 12 monthly payments beginning July 2020.  The non-refundable enrollment fee for using FACTS is $50.00.  I elect to pay on the (circle one) 5th / 20th of the month.  There will be a $30.00 NSF fee assessed by FACTS in the event funds are not available in your account on the specified date.

 

ALL FAMILIES MUST REGISTER WITH FACTS MANAGEMENT TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION EACH SCHOOL YEAR.

 

Credit Card Payments

Families can choose to pay by credit card with FACTS Management with Options 1, 2, or 3.  Families choosing to pay with credit card will be assessed a convenience fee per payment.
