Welcome to a brand-new school year! I have been counting down the days until our Latte Learning Café opens its doors again, and I am so excited to welcome new students to the JPII Middle School.

The first few days will be all about getting settled, learning our routines, building relationships, and discovering what makes our classroom community special. My hope is that every student quickly learns that the Latte Learning Café is a place where mistakes are part of learning, questions are always welcome, kindness is expected, and everyone has a seat at the table. Digital devices will be sent home on Wednesday.  Charge, charge, charge and return the device on Thursday with ear buds.

We are starting the year with something special! Friday will be our Middle School Team-Building Retreat. It will be a wonderful opportunity for our students to strengthen friendships, practice leadership and teamwork, grow in faith, and begin the year as a strong middle school community.

Information about Friday's field trip will be sent home on Wednesday, so please be on the lookout for it.

Parents, thank you for sharing your children with me at Open House. I am looking forward to partnering with you throughout the year. Please never hesitate to reach out with questions, concerns, celebrations, or anything that will help me better serve your child. Contact:  [email protected] or 270-952-5804

The Latte Learning Café is officially open, and we are ready to brew up an amazing year!
